At PRP Tauranga, we are conscious that we are very fortunate to live in such a beautiful and vibrant part of New Zealand. We recognise that, as a business, we have a responsibility to set high standard in our interactions with our staff, our customers, our community and the environment. This is evidenced by one of our Core Values which is:
We care for our people, our families, and our community.
At PRP Tauranga we are proud supporters of Good Neighbour which is a local group providing goods and services to those in our community who are in need. We do this by volunteering a day per year where our team goes out and provides labour for a day to help with the various projects that they take part in. Our staff are also encouraged to make donations to the charity to allow them to continue their good work. We find the volunteering day hugely rewarding through the feeling of helping those less fortunate than ourselves, as well as through the team building aspect of working closely with those in our office that wouldn’t be in the case in a normal working day.
PRP Tauranga and the wider Preston Rowe Paterson Australasia team also recently took part in the Children’s Walk For Hope where we took part in a team walk and donated money used to protect vulnerable children from being trafficked.
These are just some of the ways that as a business, we make a conscious effort to be responsible and caring corporate citizens.
