Careers

“Our success stems from our knowledge, experience and the great people who make up our team.”

From our exceptional leadership team to the high calibre property professionals, and our hard working, efficient and friendly support staff; everyone in our team contributes to the great client and end user outcomes that Preston Rowe Paterson continually achieves.

Our philosophy is to expose our team to a wide variety of projects which allows them to gain first-hand experience in a wide spectrum of properties within their chosen fields. We understand the importance of continuous education, and we encourage our team to engage in industry events, workshops and internal training and development days.

Our commitment to supporting the career development of our team includes Directors and Registered Valuers providing invaluable guidance and mentoring to our Assistant Valuers as they work towards Registration as well as the Preston Rowe Paterson Future Leaders Program being available to develop management, communication, and leadership skills in the next generation of team members coming through our business.

We are firm believers in maintaining an ‘open door policy’ whereby all our team know that their input is not only considered but it is actively sought out.

As a leading and ever-expanding property valuation and consultancy business, we have many opportunities for passionate property individuals, whether they are experienced professionals, or those starting their career in property.

We are proud of our reputation in the property sector and as corporate citizens and encourage all team members to remain on a constant journey of improvement in all aspects of our work.
