Originally established in 1988, Preston Rowe Paterson is a firm of property valuers, analysts, advisers and consultants who operate throughout New Zealand and Australia with links globally.

In early 2015 a number of independent and market leading New Zealand valuation practices joined forces under the Preston Rowe Paterson brand creating an excellent network of coverage across the North and South Islands of New Zealand.

Since Preston Rowe Paterson’s inception, it has been our philosophy to be recognised as an elite supplier of investment, development and professional property services.

To us ‘property’ means all forms of real estate and infrastructure as well as plant, machinery and equipment. We aim to provide superior property advisory services specialising in valuation, property and asset management, facilities management, transaction management, consulting and property market & economic research.

Our fundamental business and service principles are knowledge, experience, professionalism and innovation, which we demonstrate in our day-to-day operations. The Preston Rowe Paterson Australasia Board of Directors are passionate about our business being responsible corporate and global citizens.

To that end, in 2015, the Board endorsed the firm’s move to become a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact. Our application to become a signatory, addressed United Nations Secretary General was accepted in October 2015.

With a significant base of 25 offices (and growing) in Australia, PRP expanded into New Zealand in 2015.  Our IT and management platform has subsequently been adapted to suit the unique requirements of the New Zealand market.  We believe that this technology will increasingly be a significant point of difference.

Expansion into the Auckland region has allowed for opportunities for Registered Residential Valuers to work from our Auckland office.  Valuers will be provided comprehensive admin support.
