We have a team of skilled and experienced valuers who service the Eastern Bay of Plenty Local Authorities of Whakatāne District Council, Ōpōtiki District Council, and the Kawerau District Council. PRP is relatively new to the Eastern Bay of Plenty, however, with the significant market share and popularity that we have achieved in the Western Bay of Plenty, we are confident of continuing this for users of our services in the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
In 2015 our business became franchisees of Preston Rowe Paterson (PRP). We were attracted by their technology and bespoke systems, but as much as anything, we felt a strong cultural fit and a confidence that they cared for their team in the same way that we feel about ours. We also felt that the aggregation of valuation companies that has occurred in Australia would also ultimately occur in New Zealand. We are proud of our association and have no doubt that we are the first of what will be numerous businesses in New Zealand who see similar benefits and who choose to follow our lead. We have a team of over twenty people servicing our Tauranga, Whakatāne, Rotorua and Eastern Waikato operations now including a mixture of practising Registered Valuers, a hands-on team of Assistant Valuers and our super friendly and efficient Administration team – otherwise known as “the A Team.”
